Annual Meeting

I want to “THANK” all who support the cemetery, it does take a village to keep our cemetery going. Great lawn service, Jose Rangel does such a great job. Bartlett Tree Service for helping us with our storm damaged trees and regular spraying of our cedar trees. Speaking of Wesley, he has taken on a special project of unearthing the buried curbing that surrounds most family plots. Some of the curbing is buried six inches deep. He also removes the dead flowers from our graves after a funeral. Because our ground has so much clay in it sometimes the mounds takes time to reduce. Also, if we get a big rain that grave might also sink in around the edges. If the grave has sunken in a lot we might have to wait until the next funeral and get our grave service to help us fill in. We apologize if sometimes it takes us too long to repair graves. You and your family are more than welcome to help us out. We are just volunteers and try as we might but sometimes our good isn’t good enough. Thanks to Nelson’s Grave Service they always provide us guidance and respect to our families in their time of need. Thanks to Marvin and Jill Smith and Susan Euler for maintaining the front of the cemetery and providing the flags at our entrance. Thanks to Cheryl Keith for your support and love of maintaining the history of this cemetery. Please continue to support the cemetery by sending in your $20.00 dues. If you send cash, please include your name. Thanks to Troop 335 for trash pickup days and their sponsorship of Wreaths Across America. Hope to see you at our annual meeting!
